About Our Partnership

We have served for over 10 years with the Konyagi people of West Africa. At the time of our engagement, there was no church or missionary actively bringing the Gospel to them. Our commitment from the beginning was to do whatever it took to see the Konyagi removed from the list of unreached people groups. This has been a daunting task, but God has been leading along the way. 

Over the past 11 years, we have partnered with local believers, pastors, missionaries, and others to faithfully proclaim the truth of God's love for these people. We have seen over 100 Konyagi profess faith in Christ and be baptized. We have recorded 66 stories from God's word into their heart language. We have seen village churches planted and local believers are now leading their people. As we look ahead, our main task among the Konyagi has become leadership and evangelism training. We pray that God would now use these once unreached people to begin reaching others around them. 

About Our Partners

First Arnold is excited to support FBCA member, Brittany Fortner, as she follows God's call to missions in Senegal, West Africa. Brittany has been a member of our church for many years and is excited to serve in the country where she went on mission with First Arnold. Brittany and her team will be working to produce a Hope Film (The story of the Bible from creation to Christ) in the heart languages of the unreached people in West Africa. She will also be teaching English as a Second Language and working with the local church in Senegal to evangelize and make disciples. 

Please pray for Brittany as she continues her term on the mission field. Pray for strength and understanding during the transition to living in a new country. Finally, pray that God would continue to use her to advance the kingdom in Senegal and that He would be glorified through her service.
