You asked for it; we made it for you! This is a cool down and stretch class that you can do immediately following Zumba®. Therapeutic stretching is a vital part of any exercise routine as it gives your muscles the ability to lengthen, to expand and restore after exercise. Plus: it feels so good for your mind, body & soul!

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a Silver Sneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic workout. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation if needed.

This is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "Fun and Easy to Do" allowing Zumba® Fitness participants to stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind. A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training. A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

A great program for all persons wanting to lose weight and get healthy. If you are ready to do exercises that will allow you to lose inches, shed pounds in a small group setting, let’s go for it! Come ready with a goal in mind and the will to achieve!

This Class works muscles in every way possible. It is designed to build strength, increase flexibility, increase your bone density and decrease your body fat by increasing lean muscle. You will use hand weights, weighted bars, tubing, medicine balls and your own body weight to change the shape of your body by stretching and strength. Note: Exercises can be modified by the instructor so you work at your own ability.

This fusing of four different categories of exercises—those focusing on endurance, balance, strength and flexibility—creates endless possibilities for fitness routines. This will both reduce boredom and cut the risk of injury in your daily activities while mending your aches and pains. FusionFit mixes-up positive, top-hits music from various genres and uses different types of equipment for each class, creating a new way of fun fitness for you! Examples include: Dance, yoga, Pilates, balls, bands, weights and much more!
