Are you looking to gain muscular strength?  Move with more ease?  This class is for you!  If you are over 45 and want to gain muscle, increase flexibility, increase endurance and feel better all around, come join us for 1 hour of fun.  We want to make the body you have work better and be stronger than ever before (Note:  The exercises can be modified by the instructor so you work at your own ability)

CONDITIONING & FLEXIBILITY

This Class  works muscles in every way possible.  It is designed to build strength,  increase flexibility, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing lean muscle.  You will use hand weights, weighted bars, tubing, medicine balls and your own body weight to change the shape of your body by stretching and strength.

SOUL RHYTHM TONING

Soul Rhythm Toning will target and sculpt arms, legs, thighs, glutes, and abs.  Lose pounds and inches by adding toning sticks, weights, and your own body resistance all while moving to upbeat and inspirational music.  Burn calories, build strength and tone all your target areas!
