WHAT IS THIS CLASS ABOUT?
Our seniors are often forgotten in the advertising and application of general fitness industry. This class is designed to let you know it is not time for you to sit down and fiddle with the remote control. These are the pinnacle years of your life. Take them and have the “CARPE DIEM” attitude. As we get older we lose our balance, skeletal integrity, strength, posture, and more. Let us do all we can to reverse the “norm” and make these years your best years. This class is simply to raise the functionality, strength, and elasticity of your body.
WHY SHOULD I JOIN THIS CLASS?
Creating a unified front against accelerated aging, disease, and weakness was our core thinking while designing this class. Join this class to train yourself to do the best you can with what God has given you. It is also great for stress reduction and overall health improvement.
HOW CAN THIS HELP ME?
As we get older, some of the daily activities that we take for granted begin to fade in regard to their levels of ease. If this is your situation, this class will help you get back to normal and beyond. If these losses have not yet become common to you, our goal is to prevent them. No one can stop aging. However, we are able to prevent and reverse many of the effects of aging. Even more important is that we are aiming to lead you to a performance level you may have never had in you youth. Special Note: If you are younger than the required age of this class and are struggling with similar physical issues, you are welcome to join the class.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
It is recommended that you wear clothes that allow a high level of freedom of movement and circulation. Bring at least 30 oz. of water, a towel, a notepad, and a pen. Also, if you have (or have had) issues with your heart, breathing patterns, or stability, please bring associated tools (cane, heart rate monitor, asthma tools etc.)
