What is this class about? 
Our Weight Loss & Full Body Conditioning class is designed for beginner and intermediate fitness levels. You will experience a workout that involves some form of resistance, cardio and core training to help boost your metabolism and condition your full body including your heart and lungs. This class moves at a pace that you are comfortable with but gives you the freedom to push yourself when you are ready!
 
Why Should I Join a Weight Loss & Full Body Conditioning Class?
This class is great for those who are ready to begin a journey of losing weight and getting healthy. If you are ready to perform the exercises that will help you lose a few inches and pounds and don't mind exercising with others who have the same goal in mind then this class is for you!
 
I Already Work Out But I Can't Lose Any Weight. How Will This Class Help Me?
Losing weight involves exercising properly and most of all eating right. This class will give a little jump-start to help your metabolism speed up! We will also talk to you during our Q&A time to answer any questions that you may have involving nutrition. If you are still struggling, you can fill out our nutrition questionnaire and have a custom meal plan designed for you for a small fee!!   
 
What Should I Bring?
Bring a fitness mat of any kind, a bottle of water and a towel if you prefer.
