(Mountain Top Strength)

Designed for any age.  This class is passive in approach but progressive in nature. The goal is to lead students to the optimal life and body that can be achieved at their stage of life. Tools: light weights, and mats.

BODY SCULPTING 101
Instructor Jameson Allen
A great program for all persons wanting to lose weight
and get healthy.  If you are ready to perform exercises that will allow you to lose inches, shed pounds in a small group setting, lets go for it.  Come ready with a goal in mind and the will to achieve!!

FITONERGY (Fitness competition with a twist)

Fitonergy is a full body muscle toning & conditioning training system that was founded by fitness trainer, Alvin Hazelton.  This workout system will challenge your muscles and lungs using exercise equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, bands, jump ropes, stability balls, steps as well
as your own body weight.

KIDSFIT
Instructor Alvin Hazelton
KidsFit is a great tool to help your children stay fit and healthy wile having fun.  This class is for kids grades 1-4, and includes an interactive and semi-kid led approach to  exercise.  There will be play time, competition time, organized exercising, organized drills, stretching and a nutrition segment.
