God’s instrument to reach every tribe, tongue, people, and
nation is the church. He gave His church a beautifully balanced command, the
Great Commission. This is a call to make much of the name of Jesus both near
and far. Therefore, it is our prayer and desire to take Him to “Our Neighbors
and to the Nations.” God has gifted each of us uniquely and called all of us to
play a part in this great mission through praying, giving, and going. Prayer is the foundation of everything we do and shows our dependence on God to
accomplish His plan and purpose in the world. Living a life of generosity
through giving is the key to seeing the mission of God reach the ends of the
Earth. And in order to see the Great Commission fulfilled, God's people must go
and tell those around the world waiting to hear the Good News of the
Gospel. As you explore our website you will find opportunities to serve our neighbors
on local ministry teams and one-day events as well as multiple week trips to
the nations. Thank you for praying and seeking God’s will for your life as we,
together, seek to know Him and make Him known to Our Neighbors and the Nations.
At FBCA, the foundation of every ministry is prayer. We
currently have two different prayer teams. Our first team receives the personal
prayer requests of those submitted on our website or given to our church
office. Our second team receives prayer requests from some of our mission
partners on the field and are notified of our upcoming mission trips and how
they can be praying for our teams. Both are these are great ways to stay
connected to the life of our church by lifting each other up in prayer. If you are interested in signing up to be a part of one of
these teams SignUpIf you have any personal prayer requests, you can submit

At First Baptist Church of Arnold, we believe that living a life of generosity is key to seeing the mission of God reach the ends of the earth. We recognize the generosity we have been shown by Jesus and this motivates us to give sacrificially so others can know the same grace we have experienced!
Our missions offering goes to support our partnerships all over the world. It has helped provide wells for villages in Africa, medical supplies for the sick in the slums of India, audio-recordings of God's Word in native heart languages, training for pastors and church planters, and much more. It also supports Annie Armstrong and Lottie Moon mission offerings and helps develop next generation leaders. Our prayer is that through your sacrificial giving, we would see people both here and around the world come to know the salvation of Jesus and bring glory to Him through their lives.
Our missions offering is given above and beyond your regular tithe and offering and goes to supports all of the partnerships and mission opportunities listed below. You can give by designating an amount to missions on your offering envelope, writing "missions offering" on your check, or choosing "missions offering" when you give online. Thank you for prayerfully considering giving on a weekly or monthly basis to support our missions offering.
