Davidson Family Life Center offers an array of equipment to help you reach your fitness goals.  The fitness center includes a cardio area and a three room weight room.  The cardio area contains equipment from True and Sports Art; this includes two bikes, four treadmills, four ellipticals and one stair stepper.  Most of the cardio equipment also contains heart rate monitors as well and there is a heart rate chart posted in the cardio area for your convenience.  The three weight rooms contain equipment from Nautilus, Cybex, Bodymasters and Maxicam that will allow you to work all body parts.  The rooms also contain free weights including dumbbells and barbells with benches, a leg press, curl bench and smith machine available.  There is also a variety of auxiliary equipment available such as physioballs, medicine balls, weighted bars, step boxes and even a punching bag.  A short fitness orientation gives you access to all of this with no membership fee.  Call (636) 296-2703 ext. 145 for more information and for orientation dates and times.
